Our Executive Chef and Owner has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. He has worked in top restaurants before starting Big Jays Place. His passion for cooking and love of Caribbean flavors are evident in every dish he creates.
Our menu features a variety of Caribbean classics, including jerk chicken, oxtail stew, and Rasta Pasta. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options, such as our Caribbean stir fry and veggie lasagna. All of our dishes are made from scratch using traditional Caribbean spices and cooking techniques.
